Approximately 24 hours (varies based on temperature, environment and handing) Please ensure that the balloons are placed in a well ventilated area, away from direct heat & direct breeze.
All our arrangements arrive fully inflated. They are pre-assembled & sent across in a ready to place manner. No installation will be required.
The actual colours may vary from the product photos slightly due to the monitor settings and photos lighting source.
Our balloon arrangements are individually handcrafted and are never identical. Substitutions may be made at our discretion with the intention to achieve best overall design results.
Balloons begin to slowly reduce in size with passing time. They will also oxidize, a natural process which converts the original glossy finish to a satin-like finish. Always have your balloons delivered as close to your event/celebration as possible.
Kindly ensure someone responsible is available to receive the balloons at your stated delivery date/time.
Once we have delivered the balloons to your location, we will be unable to take responsibility for them as they are out of our supervision.
The nature of balloons is such that they are fragile and many factors can affect them- weather conditions/temperature/sunlight exposure and how balloons are being handled and transported.
No replacement/refund will be given once balloons are handed-over in good condition. Please read care instructions in FAQs section.
